If you have private health insurance, depending on your cover, you may be able to claim for Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy consultations and BOUNCE Back and Physio Exercise classes. Check with your health care fund to see if you're covered.
All fees are payable at the time of consultation.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
We understand that life doesn't always go according to plan and that sometimes you need to reschedule your appointment with us. All we ask is that you give us at least 24 hours notice so that we can make your appointment available to another patient.
In the event that we do not receive sufficient or any notice, you will be invoiced a cancellation fee of $50.
Cancellation fees cannot be claimed from your health fund or Medicare.
PAYMENT METHODS
We've made claiming from your health fund or Medicare easy.
Simply swipe your health fund card or Medicare card through our HICAPS terminal.
Pay the gap using cash, EFTPOS, Mastercard, Visa or American Express
